I left out another symptom, related to spray painting. My gut would often writhe visibly and violently. I call this symptom, jack-hammering because it was if there was a jack hammer inside me. This symptom is more an observation than it was distressing, but because it was easy to see, I made a video, which you can see here. What I did was place pennies on my abdomen and speeded up the video. I call the video Gut Wars, a play on the movie Star Wars. Bear in mind, this video is graphic.
